[UPI News] – LEICESTER, England, Sept. 26 (UPI) — Seven teenagers and young men were arrested for questioning Wednesday about a fire that killed a woman and her three children in Leicester, England. The detainees range in age from 16 to 24, the Leicester Mercury reported. Police said they were picked up in raids in the city and did not release details about the grounds for the arrests.
